I love this time of year. I feel so much more inspired to eat healthily with the abundance of fresh salads piled high in the supermarkets, the scent of delicious barbecues wafting through the neighbourhood and these warm, balmy nights.
I also love that BBQ’s and salads are the ultimate fast food – and have the added bonus of little washing up to do afterwards
